This Easy S'mores recipe is so fast and easy to make in the Air fryer, and only requires 2 ingredients. Who can resist this campfire classic with melty chocolate and marshmallow puffs? If you have an Air Fryer (or an oven), you can eat these classic S'mores year round!

For this easy s'mores recipe I am using only 2 ingredients, graham crackers and Stuffed Puffs (Chocolate filled marshmallows)! You can definitely use the classic ingredients, milk chocolate, or even dark chocolate of your choice paired with marshmallows if you would like as well.
Air fryer S'mores only take 5 minutes or less depending on your Air Fryer and you no longer need a campfire, open flame or warm weather to enjoy this treat! Don't worry because if you don't have an air fryer, you can also make these in the oven in 1-2 minutes on broil!

🥘 Ingredients
For classic s'mores:
- 4 graham crackers cookies for (broken in half into squares)
- 4 Stuffed Marshmallows (or regular Large marshmallows)
- 1 Hershey's bar (broken into 4 segments) or 4 Reece's Peanut butter cups or chocolate of your choice. (See substitutions for more ideas)

Air Fryer Instructions for classic s'mores
- Break graham crackers in half and place into air fryer basket
- Put marshmallows onto the graham cracker halves. *Tip- most marshmallows have a sticky side so apply that side to the cracker so it does not slide around*
- Air Fry at 390 for 3-5 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown to your liking. Keep a close eye!
- **Note my 3qt air fryer took only 2.5 minutes**
- Add the chocolate immediately to the marshmallows so it can start to soften up.
- Top with graham cracker on top to sandwich and enjoy!
- note : If you like your chocolate very gooey, you can air fry another minute or so.


Oven Instructions
- Break graham crackers in half and place into a lined baking sheet
- Put marshmallows onto half of graham crackers. *Tip- most marshmallows have a sticky side so apply that side to the cracker so it does not slide around*
- Place Chocolate onto the other half of the graham crackers.
- Bake on high or Broil for 1-2 minutes on the top rack and watch for burning and keep a close eye!
- Pair your chocolate crackers with your marshmallow crackers and enjoy!
Hint: Let the s'mores cool for a few minutes before serving to avoid burning your mouth on the melted chocolate and marshmallows.
