Now that I am over my morning sickness I am back to eating pork belly! I love how quickly this sticky grilled pork belly recipe cooks and how fast the prep is compared to the process of cutting and deboning chicken or cutting beef. I usually buy my thin sliced pork pre-sliced to save even more prep time!
5 minutes to prep!
To be honest, I pick up my phone and open my Doordash app a little more often than I'd like. One thing that has helped cut back on takeout are easy recipes like this Sticky Grilled Pork Belly to get through the week. This recipe takes minimal ingredients and prep time and is so satisfying served with a bowl of steaming hot white rice. I paired this with a super quick cucumber salad for a bite of freshness using just soy sauce, sesame oil and a splash of rice vinegar.
Air Fryer, Oven or even on the Stovetop
Not only is this Sticky Grilled Pork Belly recipe quick, you can cook it with an air fryer, oven or stovetop! Since I love using my air fryer, I usually cook sticky grilled pork in my air fryer. For larger batches I would definitely use my oven, and for a really small batch for the kids, I usually use the stovetop.
