- Step 4: Add frozen dumplings or wontons to the simmering broth first. After a few minutes, add Momofuku noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

- Step 5: Stir in the Momofuku sauce packet, dried green onions, chicken powder, fish sauce, and lime juice.

- Step 6: After the noodles cook 5 minutes, then sit in the pot 3 minutes to thicken the soup. Serve with chili crisp, green onions, cilantro, and a soft boiled egg.

Looks yummy, can't wait to try it tonight. Have all of the ingredients! One question, unless I keep minding it, I don't see an amount for the sesame oil but I see it in the photo of ingredients.

Thank you for catching that! It’s actually fish sauce not sesame oil so I will need to update that photo! You can use fish sauce or soy sauce if you have that on hand. I also forgot to list you can add 1tsp of chicken bouillon powder as well. I just made this for my son for a snack and I realized I forgot to add that to the ingredients list.
