๐ก Top tip
The secret to light flowering eggs in corn egg drop soup, is to add water when whisking to the beaten egg mixture so it flowers perfectly. The ratio is .5 tablespoon of water to each egg. If the heat is turned down to low after bringing the soup to a boil, the heat will cook the eggs, without breaking them. Drizzle the eggs in slowly โ at a time, let it sit about 5 seconds to give the eggs a chance to form, then give a gentle circular stir. Repeat until all the eggs are combined into the soup.
