Instructions
Add Chicken Broth to pot and bring to a boil
While waiting for the broth to boil, Into a small bowl, combine corn starch with water to make corn starch slurry :
3 tablespoon Corn Starch, 3 tablespoon Water
Prepare eggs into another bowl and combine and beat with the following:
1.5 tablespoon Water (To mix with eggs), ½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Wash and slice green onions
Once the broth starts to boil, add in the creamed sweet corn.
Season the soup with the following:
½ tablespoon Cooking Wine, ½ teaspoon Chicken Powder, ½ teaspoon Oyster Sauce, ½ teaspoon White Pepper
Bring the soup to a boil again, slowly pour in the corn starch slurry while mixing the soup.
After a few minutes when the soup has thickened, turn the heat to low and slowly drizzle in your eggs. Drizzle the eggs about ⅓ at a time, and let it sit 5 seconds before stirring once or twice. Continue until all the eggs have incorporated.
