Air Fryer Baked Brie is the PERFECT quick snack or appetizer!
This Air Fryer Baked Brie recipe only takes 10-15 minutes to make in the Air fryer or 15-25 minutes to bake in the oven!
What kind of Brie should I use for Baked Brie?
Double Cream Brie should be used to make baked brie. The consistency will be creamy and thick enough to dip into and not as runny as a triple cream brie. Triple cream brie does work and melt well, but it will be a thinner consistency. The regular brie I tested was a complete fail and turned out like a cottage cheese consistancy.

Does anyone else crave soft cheeses when pregnant?
Pregnancy comes with its challenges and the food cravings for unsafe pregnancy foods are the worst for me. I am such a cheese lover with this being my 4th pregnancy, I needed to really satisfy that soft cheese craving safely. Thank goodness for Air Fryer Baked Brie recipe, my craving is finally satisfied. I air fried the Brie to 165F to make sure I could safely consume it.

Equipment
- Air Fryer or
- oven Oven Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 8oz-16oz Brie Double or Triple Cream
- pinch Salt
- pinch Black Pepper
- 1-2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 3-4 cloves Garlic (minced)
Serve with:
- Crostini or crackers
Instructions
- 1. Bring the Brie to room temp for 30 minutes for more even cooking *optional
- 2. Mince garlic, and melt butter in the microwave for 30-45 seconds until melted. Combine minced garlic to the melted butter.
- 3. Unwrap Brie and put into a heat safe bowl. Score the Brie by cutting into the rind with a knife.
- 4. Pour melted butter and garlic mixture over the Brie, spread to cover the Brie, and season with salt and pepper.



- Cook in Air fryer at 350F for 10-15 minutes or bake in the oven at 350F for 15-25 minutes until the center of the brie is soft to the touch. (cook until internal temp reaches 165F if you're pregnant like me)
- Serve with Crostini or crackers, and enjoy!
