These Vietnamese Pork Skewers or (thịt nướng) are the best weeknight recipe. It is so easy to make and takes only 10 minutes to prep!
These Vietnamese Pork Skewers are just like the Pork that you would find in your favorite Vietnamese Restaurant. This Pork on a stick is the star of any salad, banh mi sandwich, rice plate or vermicelli noodles. Traditionally Vietnamese Pork is topped with scallion oil (directions below) and served with a side Nước Chấm - Vietnamese dipping sauce (recipe here!). This is totally optional since the pork is juicy and flavorful as is.
The best part of this recipe is that these JUICY Vietnamese Pork Skewers only takes 30 minutes from start to finish when using an Air Fryer !
My favorite cut to use for these Vietnamese Pork on a stick are skinless pork belly ! I love how juicy the pork belly turns out and paired with super crispy edges. I usually grab skinless pork belly at Costco for $4.99/lb.

Every Air Fryer is Different.
I have 3 Air fryers, and my newest one is the strongest of all three. I would recommend checking at 12 minutes the internal temp with a meat probe. You might need another 3-5 mins at 400 to finish the cook or brown up the pork some more.
