If you have ever had Filipino BBQ Chicken Skewers, These are very similar to them!
Filipino BBQ Chicken Skewers are a sweet and savory combo just bursting with flavor. This recipe is inspired by those flavors, with my own twist. For this recipe you can use Ketchup or Banana sauce. The 2 sauces will result in a different flavor profile but they are both very tasty. For A more authentic chicken barbecue filipino recipe you'll want to use Banana Sauce.
