This sangria without wine is one of those easy mocktail recipes that brings something festive to the table without mixing individual drinks. Cranberry pomegranate juice, blood oranges, crisp apples, plum, and pomegranate come together in one colorful pitcher, then bubly Berry Sparkle Sangria sparkling water adds the finishing fizz. It is fruity, refreshing, and easy to prep before guests arrive.
If you want a pretty fall drink without a long shopping list of syrups and specialty mixers, this is your kind of recipe. The fruit does most of the decorating, and a rosemary sprig makes even a regular drinking glass feel ready for a party.

🍹 Sangria Mocktail recipe ingredients

- Pomegranate
- Plum
- Blood Oranges
- Apples
- Bubly Sparkling Water
A full list of ingredients with exact amounts can be found on the recipe card below.
🍊 Substitutions & Variations
- Blood oranges - use the same quantity of navel or Cara Cara oranges instead. The color and sweetness will be slightly different.
- Cranberry pomegranate juice - use equal parts ready-to-drink cranberry juice and pomegranate juice. Taste before mixing the full batch, as tartness varies by brand.
- Plum - use a firm pear instead of plum.
- Apple - choose Honeycrisp or Fuji for sweetness, or Granny Smith for a tangier flavor.
- Sparkling water - use an unsweetened berry or citrus sparkling water instead of the featured Bubly flavor. Plain sparkling water also works, but adds less fruit aroma.
🔪 How to make Sangria Mocktail

- Step 1: Wash and prepare the fruit. Cube the apples and plums and slice the blood oranges.

- Step 2: Place the apples and plums, in a pitcher with at least a 3 quart capacity.

- Step 3: Layer the blood oranges on top.

- Step 4: Add the chilled cran-pom juice to the pitcher.

- Step 5: Top with Bubly Sparkling water. Add cinnamon to the pitcher for an extra fall flavor boost.

- Step 6: Garnish with rosemary, anise, and cinnamon, and top with pomegrante.
Hint: Put ice in the glasses instead of the pitcher. A pitcher full of melting ice gradually dilutes the juice, especially when guests are pouring drinks over the course of a meal.
💡 Recipe Pro tips
Chill everything first. Cold juice, fruit, and sparkling water help the finished drink stay refreshing without relying on lots of ice.
Taste your juice before assembling. The juice blend sets the sweetness of the entire drink. If it tastes too tart on its own, choose a sweeter blend or adjust a small sample before making the full pitcher.
