12 fluid ounces each, chilled

Instructions
Wash and prepare the fruit. Place the blood oranges, apple, plum, and pomegranate arils in a pitcher with at least a 3 quart capacity.
Add the cranberry pomegranate juice and stir gently.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. For faster serving, use thoroughly chilled ingredients and skip the resting time.
Just before serving, slowly add both cans of chilled sparkling water and stir gently once.
Divide between glasses with ice and a little fruit. Garnish as desired, removing whole spices before drinking.
Notes
Choose a ready to drink juice blend you enjoy. Sweetness varies by brand.
Substitute regular oranges for blood oranges or a firm pear for the plum.
Keep sparkling water separate until serving, including when making a double batch.
Refrigerate the fruit base promptly and keep the finished drink cold.
