- Step 1: To a tall glass combine ice and blue raspberry syrup

- Step 2: To make cold foam combine milk and heavy cream into a cup and add vanilla syrup.

- Step 3: use a milk froth or or a small whisk and mix until frothy.

- Step 4: Pour the sparkling water or soda choice into your glass and stir.

- Step 5: Pour the cold foam on top and top with a scoop of foam.

- Step 6: Garnish with a popsicle or stir and enjoy!

Dirty Soda with Cold Foam
Equipment
Ingredients
- ½ can Bubly Melted Ice Pop or soda
- 3 to 4 tablespoons blue raspberry syrup if using sweetened soda, use 3 tbsp, if using sparkling water, start with 3 and adjust taste
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1 large scoop ice
- 1 Popsicle for garnish optional
