At over $5 a pop, this copycat Starbucks Egg white wrap under $2 each is way better than takeout. Make a few at a time for easy grab and go breakfasts. Pop in your air fryer or oven for 3-5 minutes and you've got breakfast ready in no time.

Ingredients
- ▢ 1 tortilla
- ▢ 2 egg whites
- ▢ 1 oz feta
- ▢ 1 oz sun dried tomatoes
- ▢ 1 oz cream cheese
- ▢ 1 handful spinach
- ▢ salt (to taste)
- ▢ pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Chop up Sundried tomatoes and combine half with cream cheese and mix together . Set aside.
- Heat up pan to medium and add oil.
- Add egg whites and after 1 min fold the 2 sides to form a rectangle
- After 2 min flip over and cook egg another minute.
- In the same pan add the other half of Sundried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach is softened. Set aside.
- Take your tortilla and spread cream cheese, add your egg white , and top with spinach mix. Season with salt pepper and feta.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla in to form a flat rectangle.
- Heat up the same pan one more time to medium, add oil and the wrap.
- Brown for 2-3 minutes on each side
- Enjoy!
