sun dried tomatoes

Instructions
Chop up Sundried tomatoes and combine half with cream cheese and mix together . Set aside.
Heat up pan to medium and add oil.
Add egg whites and after 1 min fold the 2 sides to form a rectangle
After 2 min flip over and cook egg another minute.
In the same pan add the other half of Sundried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach is softened. Set aside.
Take your tortilla and spread cream cheese, add your egg white , and top with spinach mix. Season with salt pepper and feta.
Fold the edges of the tortilla in to form a flat rectangle.
Heat up the same pan one more time to medium, add oil and the wrap.
Brown for 2-3 minutes on each side
