Hibachi beef is a Japanese-American steakhouse favorite made by searing thin slices of steak on a high-heat griddle (called a "hibachi" grill). In modern Japanese steakhouses across the U.S., chefs cook hibachi-style beef on flat-top griddles, right in front of guests, often with flair and fire.
Easily create this dish at home on a flat top griddle or even a frying pan. No special equipment is required!
This Hibachi steak is inspired by my Bo Luc Lac (Vietnamese Shaken Beef), and Bulgogi Beef. Hibachi Beef is not complete without Hibachi Fried Rice and Yum Yum sauce!

- Step 2: Heat a pan or griddle over high heat until itโs smoking hot and add oil. Sear 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
