Thick pork chops aren't a regular in our house, but they will be from now on! These Garlic Parmesan Pork Bites are super quick to make in the air fryer, only 8-10 minutes, and just a few minutes to prep!
The Air Fryer makes cooking these Garlic Parmesan Pork Bites so quick and easy!
Garlic Parmesan Pork Bites just take 10 minutes or less in the air fryer and the end result is a slightly crispy, flavorful, and juicy pork bite!
Every Air Fryer is Different.
I would recommend checking at 7-8 minutes the internal temp with a meat probe. You might need another 2-3 mins at 400 to finish the cook or brown up the pork some more.

No Problem! These Garlic Parmesan Pork Bites can also be made in the oven at 400 deg F for 15-20 minutes!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer or
- Oven **Cook at 400 for 15-20 Minutes**
Ingredients
- 1.25 lb Thick Pork Chop (With fatty edges will be tastier)
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Butter Topping
- 1-2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Parmsean
- Parsley (Garnish)
Instructions
- Pat dry pork chops and cut into 1" cubes.
- Combine pork cubes with the seasonings : 1 teaspoon Garlic salt, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon Onion Powder, ½ teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 tablespoon Parmesan, 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Air Fryer Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 Deg F
- Add marinated pork in a single layer to the Air Fryer
- Cook Pork for 8-10 Minutes flipping halfway.
- Check the internal temp of the pork at 7-8 minutes. Pork is safe for consumption at 145 deg and is the juiciest.
Oven Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 Deg F
- Add marinated pork in a single layer to the oven
- Cook Pork for 15-20 Minutes flipping halfway.
- Check the internal temp of the pork at 15 minutes. Pork is safe for consumption at 145 deg and is the juiciest.
Butter Topping
- Melt butter (Or just toss butter over pork) and pour over the cooked pork bites. Season with Parmesan and parsley and serve.
