Ingredients
 

  • ⅓ cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 3.5 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • ½ tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • ¼ tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • ½ cup Stock from Cooked Pork and Shrimp or warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed Peanuts (garnish)
  • Thai Chilis or Chili Sauce (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Into a bowl combine :
    ⅓ cup Smooth Peanut Butter, ½ tablespoon Fish Sauce, ¼ tablespoon Rice Vinegar, ¼ tablespoon Sesame Oil, 3.5 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • Slowly add
    ½ cup Stock from Cooked Pork and Shrimp or warm water
  • Whisk and add stock or water until the desired consistency is reached. It's safer to add a little less stock or water first , and add more later if needed.
  • Garnish with :
    1 tablespoon Crushed Peanuts (garnish), Thai Chilis or Chili Sauce (Optional)
