Instructions
Mix together the following ingredients to make the glazed topping:
2 tablespoon Maple Syrup,
½ cup Light Brown Sugar,
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper,
¼ teaspoon Cayenne (optional)
Air Fryer Instructions: (Oven Instructions below:)
Place the bacon into the air fryer and spread the glazed topping mixture over the bacon. Be careful not to overlap the bacon.
Air fry at 350 F for 10-12 minutes for thick cut bacon, and 7-9 for regular cut bacon.
For extra crispness and color Air Fry at 400 F for another 2 minutes.
Optional: Sprinkle crushed red pepper
Let the bacon cool for 5-10 minutes so the glaze can thicken before moving to a plate.

Oven Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375 F
Place bacon on on a wire rack on a baking sheet. Line baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.
Spread the glazed topping mixture over the bacon. Be careful not to overlap the bacon.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes until the bacon is cooked and crispy. Check at the 30 minute mark.
Optional: Sprinkle crushed red pepper
Let the bacon cool for 5-10 minutes so the glaze can thicken before moving to a plate.
Enjoy!
Notes
For best results use a thick cut bacon and monitor closely for burning.
