Spam rice balls are perfect for school lunches, and picnics. These fun rice balls only take only a handful of ingredients and 15 minutes to put together.

Instructions
**You can use left over rice that's been slightly warmed up, or fresh cooked rice that's cooled down. Using very hot rice will cause the balls to fall apart**
Start by cutting spam into small cubes and pan searing on medium-medium high heat for 5-6 minutes until slightly crispy and browned.
Combine the cooked spam with white rice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Crumble the roasted seaweed and mix well.
Scoop about ⅛ cup or 2 tablespoons of rice and press together firmly and roll into a ball.
Repeat until all the rice has been formed into balls. This should make about 20 balls.
Optional, Garnish with Furikake and Kewpie Mayo
