Ingredients
 

  • 1 teaspoon Oil or Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper
  • 8 Sausage Patties
  • 1 can Flaky Biscuits (8)
  • Sliced Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Beat 5 eggs, and add a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Add eggs to muffin tin ⅓ of way
  • Bake 350 for 7 min
  • Brown sausages 3-4 min per side
  • Remove eggs from oven
  • Take biscuits and split all in half
  • Add one half of biscuit to muffin tin, top with egg, sausage, cheese and other half of biscuit
  • Bake 350 12-15 min
  • Enjoy!
