Hotpot Soup Base
Little Sheep Hotpot Soup Bases
My Favorites are the Mala flavor, Spicy, and Plain.
The Traditional Sauce
Mince garlic, and slice green onions, cilantro and jalapeño
Combine the following ingredients to make my favorite traditional hotpot dipping sauce
4 cloves garlic (minced),
1 tablespoon soybean sauce,
1 tablespoon LKK chili Oil,
2 tablespoon sesame Oil,
3 tablespoon soy Sauce,
1 jalapeño (sliced),
1 stalk green onions (sliced),
3 sprigs cilantro (sliced)
The Adventurous Sauce
Mince garlic, and slice green onions, cilantro and jalapeño
Combine the following ingredients to make my favorite adventurous hotpot dipping sauce.
4 cloves garlic (sliced),
1 tablespoon sesame sauce,
1 tablespoon sesame oil,
3 tablespoon soy sauce,
1 tablespoon LKK chili oil,
1 egg yolk,
1 stalk green onion (sliced),
1 sprigs cilantro (sliced),
1 jalapeño (sliced)
Notes
Use of the freshest ingredients mixed right before serving yields the tastiest hotpot dipping sauce!
