Instructions
Wash and slice green onions, and dice onions and garlic.
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Then add diced carrots and peas, and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes until tender.
Push the veggies to one side of the pan. Crack in the 2 eggs on the empty side and scramble them until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice to the pan. Drizzle in the soy sauce and seasoning sauce. Sprinkle in the kosher salt, chicken powder, and a dash of white pepper.
Break up any clumps with a spatula and mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes, letting the rice toast slightly for extra flavor.
Drizzle cooking wine around the edges of the pan and add butter. Turn off the heat and drizzle in the sesameoil and toss to combine.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with your hibachi favorites and enjoy!

Notes
Note 1: If you don't have day-old rice, you can use fresh rice that has been cooked with less water and allowed to cool to room temperature. Spread out rice on a plate to cool down before frying.
