• To a mixing cup combine all the seasonings and mix well:
  2 tbsp Soy Sauce – Low Sodium, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1.5 tsp Onion Powder, 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder, 3 tbsp Honey
• Set aside about ¼ cup of the marinade mix if you would like to either baste the wings while cooking, or make a sauce to coat the wings (Sauce Instructions at the bottom of recipe). If you don't plan to baste or make sauce skip this step.
• Clean and pat dry your wings and add to a mixing bowl, and combine with marinade mix.
  3 lbs Chicken Wings
• Set aside chicken for 5-10 minutes to marinate.

Air Fryer Cooking Instructions (Oven Instructions below)

• Preheat air fryer to 380, and add in the wings to cook for 20 mins. Start your wings with the larger skin surface side up.
• Flip & baste your chicken at about 6 minutes and 12 minutes. At the 12 minute flip, your chicken should have the skin side up. Depending on your air fryer , it may take 18-22 minutes to cook fully.
• Once your chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 deg, It's ready!

Oven Cooking Instructions

• Preheat your oven to 400
• Add chicken into the oven and set cook time for 40-45 minutes
• After 15 minutes flip the chicken and baste with the marinade sauce.
• After another 15 minutes flip the chicken and baste again. You may also check the internal temp of the chicken.
• Your chicken might need another 5-10 minutes at this point. When the temp reaches 165 you’re done !

Making the Honey Soy Sauce

• Whisk the following ingredients into a small saucepan while the stove is off:
  ½ cup water, 1 tsp corn starch or potato starch, ¼ cup marinade
• Turn on the heat to medium and whisk the sauce for 2-3 minutes until it has thickened. If the sauce is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water until the desired consistency is reached
• Toss the sauce with the cooked wings
