Instructions
Start by preheating your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5-10 minutes. This will ensure that the skewers cook evenly and achieve that desired crispy texture.
Cut your Chicken thighs into cubes, and soak your wooden skewers (if using) in water for at least 10 minutes. This will prevent them from burning during the cooking process.
Combine the seasoning ingredients together with the chicken and mix well
½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt, 1 ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt, ¾ teaspoon Onion powder, ½ teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 ½ tablespoon Parmesan , ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika, 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, 3 tablespoon Sour Cream
Once the skewers are soaked, thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers
Carefully place the chicken skewers in the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook the skewers in batches if necessary. Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes flipping once halfway.
Once the skewers are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in tender and juicy chicken.
Butter Sauce
While the chicken is cooking prepare the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce
Heat the butter in the microwave 10-20 seconds to soften up.
Combine the butter with the seasonings and mix well. Pour butter mix over chicken skewers or brush on and Enjoy!
½ tablespoon Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt, 2 tablespoon Parmesan, ½ teaspoon Parsley, ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika

💡 Top tip
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before threading the chicken onto them. This prevents the skewers from burning during grilling and ensures they stay intact.
