Easy Sausage Biscuits and Gravy From Scratch

Preheat oven and bake biscuits according to package
Heat skillet to medium and add in sausage. Break up the sausage into crumbles.
Once the sausage is almost cooked, add in ¼ cup of flour and mix well into the sausage.
Once the flour is incorporated into the sausage, slowly start adding the milk, 1 cup at a time. Let the gravy thicken before adding the next cup of milk.
Once all the milk is added, season the gravy with 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt, and ½tsp-1tsp black pepper
Let the gravy simmer another 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat. The gravy will thicken slightly once it starts to cool. If you would like a thinner gravy, add milk 1 tablespoon at time until the consistency is achieved.
