Easy One Pot Rice Cooker Meal

Wash and rinse your rice at least 3 times until the water is almost clear.
Mince garlic, chop onion, and slice green onions, mushrooms and Chinese sausage
Combine the ingredients to form the sauce:
1 tablespoon chicken powder , 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 2.5 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2.5 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Add washed rice, water, sauce mixture and all the toppings to the rice cooker or pot
2 ¼ cups rice, 2 ¼ cups water, 1 cup corn, 4 Chinese sausage (sliced), 1 cup mushrooms (sliced), 4 cloves garlic (minced), 2 tablespoon fried shallots, 1 onion (small)
Hit the start button on the rice cooker, or if using a pan on stove top, bring the pan to boil. Once the contents start to boil, turn down the heat to the lowest setting on the stove, and cover with a lid for 20-25 minutes.
If you are adding a cooked egg, start to prepare about 5 minutes before the rice is finished cooking.
Once the rice is done cooking, make sure to mix very well as the sauce sinks to the bottom of the pot during cooking
Garnish with green onions, eggs and Momofuku Chili Crunch if using!
