Easy One Pot Chicken And Rice
Only 5 minutes prep and a handful of ingredients for this easy comforting one pot chicken and rice. If you don't like doing dishes don't worry! You only have to wash one.
Ingredients
- 2 cups white rice (uncooked)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pack French Onion soup mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 chicken thigh (skin on bone in)
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of paprika
- shredded cheese (garnish)

Instructions
- **preheat oven to 350 10 mins before you start prepping
- Add 2 cups of rice to casserole dish
- Add 1 pack of French Onion mix to the dish
- Combine 2 cups of chicken broth and 2 cans of chicken mushroom soup and mix well
- Add broth and soup mixture to the rice
- Top with Chicken
- Season chicken with salt pepper and paprika
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Remove foil after 1 hour and bake uncovered at 400 for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Enjoy !
