• Clean and pat dry chicken and add to a mixing bowl
  3 lbs chicken wings
• Into a blender, Combine, (All ingredients other than chicken) and Blend well.
  3-4 pieces garlic, 2 slices ginger, 2 tablespoon brown sugar, ¼ cup honey, ¼ cup Hoisin Sauce, ¼ cup Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoon Light Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce – Low Sodium or regular, 1 teaspoon Five spice powder, 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 teaspoon red food coloring (optional), 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or canola)
• Set aside 3 tablespoon of the marinade and combine wings with the rest of the marinade sauce. For best results, cover and refrigerate overnight, but marinate at least 30-45 minutes before cooking.

Air Fryer Cooking Instructions (Oven Instructions below)

• Preheat your air fryer to 375
• Add chicken into the air fryer and set cook time for 20 minutes
• After 8 minutes, flip the chicken and baste with the marinade sauce
• After another 7 minutes, check the internal temp of the chicken.
• When the temp reaches 165 you’re done !

Oven Cooking Instructions

• Preheat your oven to 400
• Add chicken into the oven and set cook time for 45 minutes
• After 15 minutes flip the chicken and baste with the marinade sauce.
• After another 15 minutes flip the chicken and baste again. You may also check the internal temp of the chicken.
• Your chicken might need another 5-10 minutes at this point. When the temp reaches 165 you’re done !
