Air Fryer instructions:
Remove chicken skins from chicken, and pat dry.
Place skin side down in air fryer or cooking rack if you have one, and season with only salt. Additional spices added during cooking will burn.
Air fry at 400 for 12 min and flip halfway.
If there are some fattier parts of the skins that look like they need more cooking, cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
This skins will not be completely hard until they have cooled down, but should be golden.
Remove to a wire rack or paper towel to drain oil and cool down.
Season with garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper and paprika, or your preferred spices.
Before cooking the next batch, empty out the oil in air fryer bin to prevent smoking.
Enjoy!
