Instructions
If you would like to serve this with mashed potatoes or pasta, start boiling the water first.
Melt 2 tablespoon butter in a pan in medium heat.
While butter is melting , Season chicken on both sides with onion powder, garlic salt and black pepper
Once butter has melted add garlic for 1-2 min and watch closely to make sure it doesn’t burn
Add chicken to pan skin side down (if your chicken has skin)
Cook for 7-10 minutes until browned.
Boil potatoes or pasta if cooking.
Flip over the chicken and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
Add in 1-1.5cup heavy cream, and spinach. Cook uncovered and let simmer for about 5 minutes. **If you prefer a thicker sauce, combine 1 tablespoon corn starch to 2 tablespoon water , mix and pour into sauce
Turn off heat once spinach is cooked
Taste sauce and more salt if needed.
Top with Parmesan
